Pro Web Team LLC, doing business as Tube Scale Pro ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website tubescale.pro and associated landing pages, booking funnels, and client portals (collectively, the "Site").

We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (Meta/Facebook, Google) when you interact with our ads, to the extent permitted by those platforms' data policies.

Send appointment reminders — email and SMS confirmations and reminders related to scheduled calls (see Section 6 for SMS consent details)

Advertising measurement and optimization — match conversion events (e.g., a scheduled call or completed lead form) to ad campaigns via Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Google Tag Manager so we can measure which ads are working and improve targeting

Analytics — understand how visitors interact with the Site to improve performance

Fraud prevention and security — detect and prevent abuse

Legal compliance — comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive autodialed or pre-recorded marketing text messages and appointment reminders from Tube Scale Pro at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency: Varies. You may receive appointment reminders and periodic follow-up messages.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To stop: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages.

For help: Reply HELP or email [email protected].

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as described below. We do not sell personal information.

All third-party processors are required to handle your data consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain client records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Lead records are generally retained for up to three (3) years from last interaction unless you request deletion sooner.

9. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site is intended for adults (18 and older) seeking business services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

11. California and US State Privacy Rights

11.1 California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

Know / Access: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, purposes, and third parties with whom we share it.

Delete: Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions.

Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CPRA. If this changes, we will provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.

Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not use sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted by the CPRA.

Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83): California residents may request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. We do not make such disclosures for third-party direct marketing.

11.2 Other US States

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing. Submit requests to [email protected]. We will respond consistent with applicable state law.

11.3 "Do Not Track" Signals

Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We do respond to opt-out preference signals where required by law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email to active clients. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
